Contact AirportCosts

Use this page to send corrections, source updates, accessibility feedback, commercial enquiries or questions about how AirportCosts presents London airport travel costs.

Editorial Corrections

Send corrections to info@airportcosts.com. Include the page URL, the detail that needs changing, the official source link and the date you checked it. The most useful corrections are specific: a changed terminal drop-off fee, a new payment deadline, a rail fare rule, a parking grace period or a broken source link.

Price And Policy Updates

London airports update fees and enforcement rules throughout the year. Heathrow, Gatwick, Stansted, Luton, London City and Southend can all change drop-off charges, Blue Badge rules, payment windows or free car park alternatives. We verify updates against primary sources before changing calculator guidance or airport pages.

Accessibility Feedback

Airport journeys can become difficult when step-free routes, shuttle buses, lifts, luggage walks or Blue Badge drop-off rules are unclear. If you notice a lift outage, a difficult interchange, a changed accessible parking rule or a terminal access issue, send the details so the relevant guide can be reviewed.

Commercial And Advertising Enquiries

For advertising, partnership or transfer-provider enquiries, email info@airportcosts.com and state the commercial relationship clearly. Sponsored placements, affiliate links or fixed-fare examples must remain separate from independent guidance. We do not accept paid changes that make a route look cheaper, faster or easier than the available evidence supports.

Privacy And Data Questions

For privacy questions, cookie questions or data concerns, use the same contact email and include enough detail for us to identify the issue. Do not send passport details, payment card information, booking references or other sensitive travel documents. AirportCosts does not need those details to investigate a page correction.

What Helps Us Review A Message

A clear message is much easier to act on than a broad complaint. Include the airport, route, page URL, the exact sentence or figure you are questioning, and the official source that supports the change. If the issue is visual, include the device, browser and screen size. If the issue affects a calculator estimate, include the selected airport, passenger count, luggage count and trip type so the result can be recreated.

What AirportCosts Cannot Resolve

AirportCosts cannot change an airport penalty charge, refund a rail or coach ticket, move a parking booking, contact an airline, trace lost baggage or arrange assistance at a terminal. Those requests need to go to the airport, airline, transport operator, parking company or transfer provider that controls the booking. We can still review the website guidance if a page caused confusion.

Response Expectations

We prioritise corrections that affect traveller cost, safety, accessibility or payment risk. Straightforward source corrections are usually easier to review than broad opinions about whether an airport is good or bad. If a message needs investigation, the relevant page may be checked before we reply.
