These terms explain how AirportCosts can be used and where the limits of our airport cost guidance begin.
AirportCosts provides travel cost comparisons, route guidance, drop-off fee notes and planning estimates. The site does not sell airline tickets, rail tickets, parking, taxi bookings or insurance. Nothing on the site is a guaranteed quote, live fare, booking confirmation or contract for transport.
Airport charges, rail fares, coach fares, road conditions, parking rules and private hire prices can change quickly. We work from official sources and clearly labelled estimates, but users must verify live prices, payment deadlines, disruption notices and airport rules before travelling or booking.
You are responsible for choosing suitable transport, allowing enough time, checking terminal details, paying any airport drop-off or parking charge and following each operator's rules. AirportCosts cannot control strikes, traffic, queues, delays, cancellations, missed flights or enforcement decisions made by airports or transport providers.
Some pages link to airports, rail operators, coach companies, mapping tools, government pages and transfer providers. External websites are controlled by their owners and may have separate prices, terms, privacy notices and refund rules. Read those terms before paying or entering personal details.
AirportCosts may earn commission from some outbound links or display advertising. Commercial relationships must not decide the calculator output or editorial guidance. Sponsored placements, affiliate links or adverts should be clearly separated from independent comparison content.
You must not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, scrape it aggressively, copy substantial parts of the database for republication, attempt to bypass security controls, submit false correction requests or use the site in a way that damages other users' access.
AirportCosts is provided on an as-is basis for planning support. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for losses caused by changed prices, wrong terminal assumptions, transport disruption, missed flights, penalty charges, external website errors or decisions made using the site without checking live information.
We may update these terms as the site develops, advertising partners change or new tools are added. The version published on this page applies from the moment it is posted. Continued use of the site means you accept the current terms.
