AirportCosts is built to help travellers compare London airport costs without forcing account creation or collecting sensitive travel details.
You can use the airport comparison pages and calculator without creating an account. If you contact us by email, we receive your email address, message content and any supporting details you choose to include. We use that correspondence to respond, verify corrections, investigate data issues and keep a record of source updates.
The calculator may ask for journey details such as origin, airport, passenger count, luggage and travel timing. These inputs are used to show an estimate and are not treated as confirmed bookings. We do not ask for passport details, flight booking references, card numbers or private travel documents.
Like most websites, our server may record basic technical logs such as requested pages, browser type, device type, approximate location, referrer and IP address. We may also use privacy-conscious analytics to understand which airport pages are useful, where errors occur and how the site can be improved.
